Mirela together with colleagues at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and State University of New York has received funding from NASA’s Terrestrial Hydrology Program. The project will use multi-sensor integration to map flooding dynamics.
Vini wins the Outstanding Student Presentation Award at the American Geophisical Union for his poster entitled “On-farm reservoir monitoring using Landsat inundation datasets”.
In February 2020, together with ~20, Mirela was selected to participate in a SESYNC workshop-“People, Land, & Ecosystems: Leveraging NEON for Socio-Environmental Synthesis” in Annapolis, MD.
Mirela gave a talk and Mollie and Vini presented their posters.
